Return and exchange of good is possible within 14 days after receipt of the good by the buyer.

The buyer has the right to exchange goods of good quality withing 14 days, excluding the day of purchase. The exchange of goods of good quality is carried out if it has not been used and if its presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels, packaging, as well as the payment document issued to the buyer along with the sold goods are preserved.
