Offer
This text is an agreement between the online store PlasticShop, hereinafter – the online store, and the user of the services of the online store, hereinafter – the buyer, and defines the conditions for purchasing goods through the website of the online store PlasticShop.com.ua
Terms
1.1. This agreement is a public offer (in accordance with Articles 633, 641, 642 and Chapter 63 of the Civil Code of Ukraine) and contains all the essential conditions for organizing sales remotely, that is, through our online store.
1.2. In the case of acceptance of the terms of this contract (that is, a public offer of the online store), a citizen (or legal entity) accepting the offer becomes a Buyer. Acceptance is the fact of payment of the order in the amount from 20% to 100% under the terms of this contract.
Terms and definitions
2.1. “Products” – a list of assortment names presented in the online store.
2.2. “Catalog” – information about products placed in the online store.
2.3. “Order” – the Buyer’s decision to purchase goods sold in the online store.
2.4. “Internet store” – the Seller’s website, intended for concluding retail sales contracts based on the Buyer’s familiarization with the description of the Goods contained in the Catalog and presented in photographs via the Internet, which excludes the Buyer’s direct access to the Goods – a remote method of selling goods .
Scope of the contract
3.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay and accept the goods in accordance with the terms of this contract.
3.2. This agreement regulates sales in the PlasticShop.com.ua online store, including:
a) voluntary selection of goods by the Buyer according to the “Catalogue”;
b) The buyer independently places an order in the online store;
c) payment by the Buyer of the order placed in the online store;
d) execution and transfer of ownership of the order to the Buyer under the terms of this contract.
Order procedure
4.1. The buyer independently places the order in the PlasticShop.com.ua online store
Cost and order of payment order
5.1. The total cost of the order consists of the cost of the product (indicated in the catalog) and the cost of delivery.
5.2. The buyer pays for the order by any method chosen in the online store within two working days from the date of approval of the delivery cost in the amount of prepayment.
Order delivery
6.1. The total delivery time consists of the order processing time and the delivery time. Order processing time – up to two working days. The delivery time by a specialized postal organization is indicated in the online store and is approximately 2-3 working days.
Return Policy
7.1. The buyer has the right to refuse received goods of appropriate quality within fourteen days from the day of receiving the goods, provided that the presentation and consumer qualities of the goods are preserved. The buyer must return the goods to the seller’s warehouse at his own expense. The Seller returns to the Buyer the cost of the paid goods after deducting the costs incurred by the Seller when returning the goods, as well as various fees for the transfer of funds within ten working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods at his warehouse.
7.2. Having received goods of inadequate quality, the Buyer has the right to demand the replacement of low-quality goods with high-quality ones. The Seller satisfies the Buyer’s request within 24 working days from the date of submission of a written complaint by the Buyer to the e-mail address plasticshop.kharkiv@gmail.com
Rights and duties
8.1. The buyer must:
a) place the order yourself in the PlasticShop.com.ua online store
b) timely pay and collect the order according to the terms of this contract.
8.2. The buyer has the right to demand that the seller fulfills the terms of this contract.
8.3. The seller must:
a) fulfill the terms of this contract;
b) deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the selected sample in accordance with the “Catalogue” posted to the order and the terms of this contract;
c) bear full responsibility to the Buyer for the execution of the order before the order is transferred to the Buyer;
d) The Seller is not responsible, cannot act as a defendant in court, and does not compensate for losses incurred by the Buyer as a result of the actions or inactions of third parties.
Responsibilities of the parties
9.1. In case of force majeure, documented by the relevant authorities, the parties are released from the execution of this agreement.
9.2. The parties will make every effort to resolve differences arising exclusively through negotiations. Otherwise, the parties go to court.
9.3 The seller is not responsible for improper installation and operation of the product.
Cancel current offer
10.1. This contract enters into force with the payment of the order and is valid until all conditions are fulfilled.
